Friendly's

First time here. Was immediately greeted and seated. Waitress was super duper nice, pleasant and professional. She was so great with making sure my daughter was taken care of with kid type things to keep her occupied. Took a minute to get the food, but it was worth it. Will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again. Try it out, worth every penny we spent.

2.27.26. The waiter was a young Puerto Rican guy and a Caucasian lady. Fantastic 🤩. Reminded us when we went to Puerto Rico on the summer and how attentive waiters on the island are. I even told them few times I've been here some other were a bit sketchy understanding that not everyone is the same big improvement. Pleased with service. Thanks 👍

I spent $55 at Friendly and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I asked for a few add-ons and was fine paying the extra charges — but not only did I NOT get what I paid for, I was met with nothing but attitude from the so-called “GM.” Instead of professionalism or an apology, I got rudeness and dismissiveness. If this is how management treats paying customers, it says everything about the way this place is run. Poor service, poor attitude, and absolutely not worth the money. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning others to do the same.

Went for dinner on a Sunday night. My group and three other tables sat at the same time and there seemed to be only one server. Was a little iffy at first because it took a little while for the server to come over. But that quickly changed! Our server Alyssa explained that it was a shift change and apologized about the wait. She was fantastic. Recommended the mozzarella stick appetizer which was great. Refilled our drinks without us asking and sold us on ice cream afterwards. Even wrote a thank you note on our bill which was a nice touch. Other servers should take notes. Will definitely be back.

✨ My family and I visited Friendly’s Ice Cream in Holyoke today, and we had such a good time! Of course the kids were being kids 😅 but the service was amazing and the food was even better. A huge thank you to Suzanne (our waitress), Liz (the cook), and Jerry (the manager) — they were absolutely awesome today. Their kindness and great energy made the whole experience so much better. We appreciate you! 💛🍦✨
