Had a lovely time at Friendly's!! My server Ashley was wonderful!! Incredible service and delicious food!! The sundae pictured is the strawberry shortcake sundae soooo yummy!!

I had an incredible experience at Friendly’s! The work environment they’ve created is really warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every bite was fresh, and you can really tell the staff take pride in what they do. I also have to give a special mention to the manager on duty—they were fantastic, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure everyone felt at home. I can’t wait to go back!

Dined at this Friendly’s on 1/31/26. If you’re in the mood for eating indoors whilst wearing long underwear and your winter jacket in order to stay warm, this is your place! The thermostat near the restrooms indicated that the heat was set at 61 degrees. I think it might be broken because 61 degrees seemed a generous overstatement of temperature. The quality of the food can be described as mediocre at best. The buffalo chicken wrap was light on chicken and flavor. It was wrapped in a sad dry tortilla that might better have been used as insulation as it had the same texture. The French fries looked and tasted like they’d been in the fryer too long. Golden and crispy they were not. The ice cream. You’d think they would at least nail this part of the meal. The scarcity of requested toppings

Being from Central Ohio, my husband and I were ecstatic to discover a Friendlys on our recent trip to Syracuse, as they closed all of the locations in Ohio. Let me start off by saying that this particular Friendly's location has one of THE best staffs of any restaurant we have ever visited. Kyung (who loves Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH), manager Shea (who is named after the Mets stadium) and Savanna were all extremely personable, funny, and attentive. The food was great but the service was even better. Next time we are in the Syracuse area, we will definitely be stopping back by. Do yourself a favor and go visit the best staff you could ask for at a restaurant.

If you are thinking of going here, do yourself a favor and break your leg instead so you can get some hospital food. It will be cheaper and better quality. Service is slow and when you finally get your “food” it is three steps down from McDonalds.
