Friendly's

When I’m paying 13.99 for half a grilled cheese and tomato soup, I expect the food to be actually hot. I also expect the entire sandwich. Where’s the other half? Portion size is terrible, food is edible at best. Literally eat anywhere else

The staff here is always AMAZINGLY friendly and beyond family friendly. That being said the food has gotten to be Dennie’s quality at best. Still a great place to stop for ice cream but I really try to not order food here. Shame to see this franchise go so far down from what it once stood. I have hope that the Norwich store can improve and be great again but they 100% need a new food supplier and sadly that’s nothing other local store can fix themselves.

The staff is always incredible. The ice cream always great. The FOOD?! I can’t believe it’s legal to serve it. The ingredients are just terrible cooked on what I assume is a grill that hasn’t been cleaned since the day it opened.

Friendly’s has been my favorite restaurant for probably a good 30 years, which is saying a lot since I’m only 35 years old. The chocolate milkshakes are my absolute favorite. The burgers can’t be beat and hit the spot every time. I love the variety they have on the menu. It’s certainly not the most nutritious meal, but it’s definitely delicious and affordable for the family. I’m sad that this is the only friendly left in our area and really hope this one stands the test of time. I’ve never had a bad experience with the waitresses or the cooks either.

Our waitress was amazing thank you “Yo-yo” for making some accommodations for us and understanding our medical needs. Food was so good and tasty was able to snap a last minute pic.
