Fries Etc

Typically my family loves going here. We haven't been in 2 months and we were really looking forward to having them for our Friday family dinner. We never minded paying $15-$20 for a burger meal because the portions and quality was always worth it. However, this time it left us asking what happened to the rest of the fries and seasoning? After spending over $52 for 2 burger meals, 2 kids meals, and patiently waiting for over 20 minutes for our food this time it was not worth the $52. For fries ect. we received the ect. but missed the rest of the fries in all of the meals. Hopefully this was a one off because we really liked this place.

Terrible customer service, order hot dog, he asked what type of if fries I regular. Charged me separate for all 3 items $13. While waiting for food got a Togo menu, saw the hot dog came With fries. Asked way charge separate, explained the different fries. Told him he should have explain that before. He apologized and offered refund. I declined it because it was already done and just wanted the food so I could leave the place. Tables were grimy. The fries were terrible, I didn’t say anything to them, just threw them in the trash and left. Never again.

I order southwest avocado burger with fries and fountain drink. The burger is cook medium well to well done taste little dry. The spice and flavor are average. The portion size of fries is less. It need more fries. The foundation drink selection are good. They also have cans and bottle drinks.service was good. They offer military discount of 10 percent.

Customer service was fantastic. The gal helped me understand the menu, suggested her favorites and even guided me through the various fry options. I order a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms added. Burger was better than any fast food type burger! What stood out was the fresh large tomato slice and the extra crispy bacon. Toasted bun was a plus as well. Would get 5 stars for a lower price point, but overall good experience and would come back.

I want to talk to the owner!!! Your workers need better customer service, the lady at the register has an attitude problem. The young guy in the back moves like molasses. I visit here regularly and never had an issue before. But to wait an hour for a doordash order is ridiculous especially if im on my lunch break. DO BETTER!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!
