Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos

I stopped by Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos and ordered the pollo fries and a loaded pollo taco. Overall, it was decent — solid flavors, just a bit smaller in portion than I’m personally used to. The pollo fries were flavorful and well put together. The chicken was seasoned nicely, and the toppings added a good balance of texture and taste. It’s definitely a satisfying option if you’re craving something loaded and shareable, though I could’ve gone for a slightly larger serving. The loaded pollo taco had good flavor as well. The chicken was cooked properly and paired well with the toppings. Everything tasted fresh, and nothing felt overly greasy or heavy. Again, my only real note would be portion size — the taco itself was a little smaller than what I typically expect for the price. Ov

My friend took me here when I was visiting Las Vegas for a work conference. I was a little hesitant and thought it might be similar to chipotle which I am not a fan of however, I was extremely wrong. Delicious and authentic flavors. The chicken was my favorite. I think the Carne Asada would be better if they chopped it up finer, it was a little chewy. The super taco was delicious and so was the tostada. It was so good. I got a bean and cheese burrito for the airplane ride home. Will definitely be back.

Mrs.Martha was a delight and made my whole day with her wonderful attitude while I ate my wonderful meal I highly appreciate her and her professionalism i would recommend this location to ANYONE who loves Mexican food with great customer service as well! Aldair was great at giving me helpful recommendations and i will be going back to this location again and AGAIN! (For anyone wondering what I got was a protein bowl from their location and it was delicious 🙂‍↕️)

SO DELICIOUS. I ordered a taco and plan to come back later today for their fries which is the special for today. They have one for every day of the week. Everyone was so kind and the place was incredibly clean. Also, for the salsa bottles on the table to be CLEAN says a whole lot.
