Frisbie's Dairy Barn Homemade Ice Cream

Did the Ice Cream making class with my son on Feb 25th. Picked up our fully frozen and completed ice cream on Feb 26th. Tried it that night. Delicious! The process was a lot of fun. Learning about the history of Frisbie's and how to make ice cream was a very enjoyable. Getting to experiment and make a crazy flavor was super fun. Definitely recommend!

So delicious! I got pumpkin and my mom got a sampler. Great ice cream for a great price! So many gluten free options as well! Our scooper was so nice and let me know what flavors she had in the back that hadn't been touched yet! I wish we weren't so far away!!

However, while the ambiance is on point, the taste of the ice cream could use some improvement; I found the flavors to be a bit off and not as rich as I had hoped. Additionally, the staff could benefit from being a bit more friendly and upbeat, as a warm smile and cheerful attitude can really enhance the experience. Overall, it's a cute spot, ideal for a sweet outing, but with a few tweaks, it could be truly exceptional.

I bought the ice cream making class for my granddaughter’s 10th birthday. It was myself, my daughter, and my granddaughter. We had a spectacular time. Learning about how they make their ice cream and creating our own custom flavors to bring home was so much fun! Krysta was a great instructor, and she was so accommodating and attentive. Nice small classes too, so lots of personal attention.
