I hadn’t been here in years, and unfortunately, the service didn’t impress. The staff didn’t seem very customer-oriented. I specifically asked to confirm I had sauce, was told yes—but got home and found none. While my food was being served, I watched the server deliberately avoid the larger pieces of meat, choosing the smallest ones instead. I’ll admit, the food was good—but for me, great service is just as important.

The food here is actually great, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruins it. The employees seemed annoyed whenever we asked a simple question, and their attitude felt rude and unwelcoming. The worst part was at checkout—when my friend and I asked to split the check, the cashier looked visibly bothered and treated us like we were being an inconvenience. Splitting checks is a pretty normal request, and the attitude was unnecessary. Good food isn’t enough to make up for poor service. Until the staff learns how to treat customers with basic courtesy, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ordered food at this place only to find an item missing. When I called to see if I can pick up the missing item that lady in the phone had the audacity to say it wasn't missing, I should look harder and that i was either blind, stupid, or lying. I hope that lady gets fired.

I had steak encebollado con gallo pinto y maduro the steak had this strong flavor like if it was liver Hidalgo I don't if it was the oil but tasted with a strong flavor.

Food was tasty and they give you large portions. Serving staff was polite and provided fast service. We had the Carne asada and nacatamal. I would return.
