froYo Premium Frozen Yogurt

I was there last night to get some yogurt. The owner was there and she was so sweet. I recently had a finger injury, and she noticed and seemed genuinely concerned and asked if I was ok. There was a pretty consistent flow of customers for a Wednesday night. Good location. Love outdoor seating at places, plenty of room.

This place used to be nice, but it has really gone downhill. It is dirty for one. Half of the machines don't work properly. None of them turn off on their own, you have to force the lever up to get them to turn off. They only ever have one staff person there, which is not adequate to staff the register and clean up the machines and toppings bar. My kids enjoyed their frozen yogurt, but I'm just disappointed that this is no longer the "Yo My Goodness" Webster used to have.

On June 8th at 8 PM, I was appalled by a worker’s behavior. She was insanely rude to my friends and to other customers. 4 customers attempted to walk in the door and she asked them their ages. She didn’t believe their ages and told them to leave. Two of these customers were about 8 and Two were about 13. My friend then went outside and asked them if they needed help getting their FroYo and still was almost refused service even after telling the worker she would pour their FroYo & toppings for them. It was truly ridiculous. My friends & I adore FroYo but will not be returning to this establishment after this infuriating experience.

Great tasting frozen yogurt. Staff was helpful, however the place needed to be cleaned up. Shabby and just need things cleaned up.

I have never written a review but I am so upset that I am writing one. The moment we walked in the girl working looked pissed off that we entered. She has her friends also there. Then was whispering and laughing very rudely. Also upon payment I did not tip due to terrible atmosphere to the cashier and her friends laughing at me and my child. Fro yo place was also dirty and not clean. Fro is pretty decent tasting but will not be coming back. Please inform your staff about restaurant service industry demeanor.
