Frozen Plus Wholesale Ice Cream & Candies

Scammers, I bought a hot dog for $8 and they gave themselves a $42 tip. Judging by other reviews, this is a common occurrence with this vendor. The vendors like to hang out downtown outside of bars, the one I interacted with was outside of "Part Time Lover" in North Park, San Diego.

I paid with a card at one of their carts for an $8 hot dog and they ended up charging me a $41 tip on top of it once it posted to my account!! Scammers!

So I took my baby to the park and I bought him some ice cream from the people that be doing the ice cream carts or whatever and he said $5 but I only add the money I need to my cash app if I’m going to use if I use my cash app and he tryed to steel $49 from me ! So y’all be careful with these people out here

Their mobile outdoor hot dog stand charged me 49$ for 1 hot dog. Absolute scammers.

I dont know if the driver that comes to our neighborhood is an employee or an independent contractor. The 'Gyntys' truck that comes to our neighborhood thinks its okay to litter and discard fruit peels on the sidewalk. One day I was walking near where he was parked and I watched him chuck half a lemon into the street. I yelled in his direction asking if he could be bothered to collect and trash his waste elsewhere. He realized he'd been caught and quickly sped off.
