Last week the Dubai chocolate shakes were amazing. This week they were already soupy and melted. This was ridiculous for a $12 milkshake. Also the cashier needs to learn some customer service skills. I could barely hear her and she seemed annoyed I was there. See pictures from last week compared to this week. Instead of gaslighting the customer, why not educate your staff so every visit is consistent???

Great little shop!! I loved the atmosphere. the strawberries con crema & the Dubai chocolate strawberries cup was amazing!! The employees were warm and friendly and we will definitely be back. With friends! 1000/10 ✨✨✨✨✨✨

I love it here!!! Came in this evening the young lady was welcoming and super fast making our order. The food was delicious and great quality. Will be coming in more frequently.

When I walked in I was surprised it was empty but after the customer service and these reviews, I realized why they are empty. No greeting when you walk in even tho she was in the lobby, she acted like it was so horrible that we were there, rude, rolled her eyes, walked away from us, never spoke to us, nothing. Super disappointing since the food is really good, if I was the owner I would fire that girl and get some new people who know how to speak to customers.

everything was a good experience, from the food to the employees service and the atmosphere, the only thing is that the owner should lower the prices on some items and attach prices on the tv menu. other than that i was a good experience when i went two times.
