Ft Gordon DFAC #1

Took my best friend to lunch,to show her Where her son,in the Military, sometimes eat!She loved it! 😉

This is one of the busiest defacs on base always a line no matter what. Somehow with being the busiest pulling in the most revenue, the fruit is always fermented, the milk is never stocked, there’s never any variety for snacks like how is there only gonna be bran and cheese muffins for weeks, they got the poorest attitudes out of all the defacs, and the staff are just overall slow. Fish is served damn near everyday and it’s still terrible, just an overall disappointment. The only thing I can give them props for is that the inside is actually nice, plenty of seating with enough space between tables to walk unlike other defacs, but other then that the employees and the food just suck. No quality.

Unfortunately, this DFAC has been a consistently unpleasant experience. Basic politeness seem to be lacking entirely. Soldiers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they're just trying to grab a meal. A little kindness would go a long way in improving morale and the overall experience here.

Retirees and dependents, bring cash so you don’t cause a bottle neck in the cash register. If you like healthy cooking, fresh salad bar and dessert for less than $7 this is the military thanking you for your service. Enjoy!!!

Honestly now that I've been in the army for almost 5 years, it's one of the better DFAC's I've eaten at. And that's compared to Ft Benning, Ft polk, Ft Bragg, Ft Campbell
