Fu Lay Chinese Restaurant

Best Chinese food ever! Everything tastes fresh and high quality. The shrimp and chicken are fresh, not frozen, and the rice is light, clean, and not greasy at all. You can really tell they care about the food they serve. Highly recommended!

I tried this place a couple of times a year or two ago and it was just "average" so I decided to stick with my favorite: Five Star Chinese food. (Five star doesn't deliver) Then, the weather was bad and I wanted delivery. What a good experience. I found that Fulay's food is up there with the better "American" Chinese style restaurants. I had Singapore Mei Fen I had, a delicious shrimp and "Scallop with Garlic Ginger Sauce". The trick here is to ask for strong taste. I request "strong ginger and garlic taste" is a good way for Chinese folks to understand what we want. I ordered the Singapore Mei Fun with "stong curry taste" too. In my opinion, this is the most consistently good Chinese food restaurants in the area. I would rather drive 20 minutes to pick up food here, than to order from the three other Chinese restaurants that are closer to my house. I usually order Kung Pao Beef(no peppers, onions, or nuts, just beef and extra spicy Kung Pao sauce), Chicken and broccoli with shrimp fried rice, or Beef fried rice and chicken wings. The food always tastes fresh, and I feel like they are more intentional about making sure the food is always good.

Fu Lay is the closest yet in flavor to N.Y. chinese restaurants. It almost feels like you're there. Great service and relaxed atmosphere.

Ordered some delivery today, I ordered before Chow mein which usually comes with noodles. This one just came in some clear, gooey sauce. No rice, no noodles... honestly scared to eat it.
