Fuji at Founders Square

A great place! I’ve been here many times and recently discovered their happy hour — it’s amazing. You can get sushi with 50% off, which is a great deal. We’ve come here two days in a row because the sushi is so delicious. The Tom Yum, wonton soup, and miso soup are incredible too.

I was looking for a place to have a late lunch and came here expecting it to be like every other Asian sushi place in town. I was very surprised at the quality and taste or everything we ordered. I started with the miso soup and noticed that it tasted fresher than others I had. I didn’t think too much about it because it’s just soup. Then the bento box lunch came out. I had a crispy fried dumpling, a California roll, sesame chicken and fried rice. The gyoza was perfectly fried and crispy without being overcooked. The filling was absolutely amazing! Best one I have ever had! Then the California roll. It was delicious! It tasted very fresh and bright. They used quality ingredients and it showed. Then I tried the sesame chicken. The food was delicious and the service truly stood out. Enrique, our server, was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Lizziani, the busser, was amazing as well super efficient, kind, and always on top of everything. Great teamwork, great atmosphere, and an overall wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time at Fuji and the food was incredible! The service though stuck out the most. We had Javier as our server and he was fantastic. Highly recommend. He was so kind and enthusiastic. He shared great recommendations on the menu and provided impeccable service. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Javier!

Outstanding.sushi is fresh, I watched them make it. We loved everything we ordered. will be back. The salmon cavalier was outstanding
