Fuji Japanese Restaurant

Coworkers kept telling me and my husband that this is the best sushi place in Longview, so we finally tried it and it was good. I don’t know if it was overhyped, because we weren’t particularly wowed. Everything was good, but there are other places I would rather go for sushi. Either way, the service was fantastic, and the food came out quickly. I was also happy to find that they do hand rolls here. We’ll probably try it again if we’re in the area.

This place is delicious. We love the sushi and Hibachi steak. We got the sweetheart roll for valentines and it was amazing.

I always get my sushi from here. After trying 5 other restaurants in town, including GZ, their ingredients are the best quality at affordable prices. Best yum yum sauce in town too!! I can tell that they have a standard for the quality of their ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm, great place for a date or lunch meeting!

I have eaten here every week for the past 3 months and had almost every specialty role on the menu, the freshness and quality of the sushi is excellent. The appetizers are also really good the calamari is my favorite. The Fuji role is my personal Favorite role on the menu, seconded by the Samurai role. I will say the $31 yummy yummy role is not worth it, simply for the lobster tail in my opinion. The only main negative is the cleanliness of the male bathroom, it is not very hygienic.

The sushi is great & fantastic quality! Definitely try the Lemon Roll & the Cajon Cowboy, they will BLOW YOUR SOCKS OFF! 😋 Our server Kevin was awesome, & super friendly & helpful! 10/10 ⭐️!!
