Fuji Japanese Steak House

We went on a Sunday when they opened (11am) for my husband's birthday lunch and had a great time. I anticipated a large crowd being late morning the day after a Mizzou football game, but we were the first of only 3 families who were there through the ~75 minutes we were there. If you want to do hibachi, you need at least 2 hibachi orders or to wait for another hibachi group to arrive. Both the steak and chicken were fantastic and the fried rice was seasoned to perfection. I also enjoyed the mixed vegetables, soup, and loved the salad that came with our meal. I was pleasantly surprised they offer milk teas with boba as well which improved our daughter's experience. Ordered steak and shrimp Hibachi entree. My husband wanted the steak medium and was served well done steak and tough. Informed the server that the steak was well done and told us that was how they serve medium steak. Hmmmm! She did not even offer to let the chef know but decided to just say that was how they serve medium steak.

I absolutely loved it here! The food was amazing and incredibly flavorful; we ordered 2 rolls, nigiri, and 2 chicken hibachi dinners. Some of the best nigiri I have ever had! I feel like they are priced incredibly well. The service was amazing, I felt like every single person smiled and said hi to us. We will have to come back!

Great service, atmosphere and entertaining. They offer pick up or delivery. You can also reserve a table for Hibachi, well worth it and the location is good.

We had a wonderful dinner Sunday night. The staff hospitality was incredible and the food delicious. 10/10 Highly recommend to family and friends.
