Fuji Japanese Steak House

The reason people go to Fuji or other Japanese steakhouse and sit at grill is for the whole show and fun . I don't know if my "chef" was new or what but no name tags on them so can't say avoid his table cause it was all about getting food cooked and getting back on break with this guy. I had a 6½ people here for the fun and food. 1st time for the youngest and it wasn't a memory. I guess from now on ask if you will have a great Chef or a rush job! Only reason marked service with 2 stars........ I am updating my review( to 5 stars instead of original 3) to say that this restaurant strives to ensure that their customers have a great experience. The management called me after I provided my number after their follow up and was a good conversation ( a personal and actually concerned manager). I

This place is mine and my husbands new top #1 place in the area. We had good service, good food and it was definitely worth the price. We will be back, and I'd recommend it to everyone else. In my pictures I had a shrimp bento box and my husband got a lobster shrimp and scallop hibachi dinner. Alongside our dishes we got a sushi roll.

I give their food a 3 star bc I have been here 3 times in about 4 months time and every time my steak is messed up. The first time I ordered Fillet and it was their basic steak cut. They said bc Sumos were remodeling and they have some of their cooks and they didnt know. The second time same thing. Today I went ordered a medium fillet and it was a fillet mignon but it was chewy and well done. Everything is great. Service and sushi and sides I guess I shouldn't order steak anymore 😕

I ordered the lunch plate , shrimp & chicken they only gave 3 pieces of shrimps and acting like I can’t talk to a manager
