Fuji Sushi -1463 Japanese Cuisine

The food here is great! The atmosphere is really nice too. Tables and sushi bar on the inside. Lots of choices on the menu. I would definitely recommend the Las Vegas Roll and Gyoza which I had. I also got the Filet mignon hibachi and it was delicious. The staff are very kind and attentive. You won't go wrong grabbing sushi from here!

Fuji Sushi, located at 5215 FM 1463 Rd in Katy, Texas, offers a delightful dining experience with its fresh and flavorful sushi offerings. Cuts in the sashimi were excellent and the salmon ceviche was on point! The Sunset roll is my favorite with a savory citrus twist. Their newest addition is the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice!! Delicious Fuji Sushi is an excellent choice for sushi.

Staff is always very nice and smiling. Quiet atmosphere and clean. I’ve never seen it too busy inside, most people do pickup. Never cave across sushi we didn’t enjoy.

Had the best experience here ever the waiter is so nice I love the decorations and atmosphere. If your not going here your honestly missing out they deserve much respect. Highly recommend

Our new sushi spot!! The sushi is delicious and the staff is amazing! They have a good sized menu, so it’s easy to find something that you like. My husband and I usually split the 5 Cooked Roll Combo and it never disappoints. We look forward to returning!
