Fujiyama

Fujiyama seriously might be my next favorite sushi spot to hang out at downtown! The ambiance and aesthetic of the restaurant made me feel like was working in luxury while did a food photography shoot there. The person I worked with there was fun and easy to work with but the food was truly outstanding. I can't eat a lot of fish so I was so happy to find out they had vegetarian and vegan options for rolls as well! They had a lot more to offer such as ramen and and rice bowls which, sadly, I didn't get to try but I definitely plan on it next time I'm in!

Came for my lunch break and got a 007 roll to go. They have a lunch special menu where everything is $10. So delicious and fresh. They brought it out fast. Will definitely be coming back!

We love this restaurant so we will drive from Falcon to have our date nights there. The rolls and sushi are absolutely incredible! Highly recommend them and we love love love Nancy and her crew!!

Fujiyama is amazing. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. From the sushi to the hibachi, everything tastes high quality and consistent every time we go. What really sets this place apart is how attentive everyone is, from the servers to the chefs. The staff is friendly, quick to refill drinks, and always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. Even the chefs are attentive, making sure your food is cooked exactly how you like it and engaging with the bar. You truly feel taken care of from start to finish.
