This restaurant has been serving up delicious food for 20 years in Alabama, and I’m thrilled to see that they’re still maintaining such high quality. I had a wonderful time enjoying my stew, chilly, and house salad. But let me tell you, one of my absolute favorites is their key lime pie. It had the perfect balance of silky smooth lime custard without being too sweet.

I travel for work and have had BBQ from all over the country. We decided on this spot for dinner. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. I ordered the brisket with collard greens and deviled eggs. The brisket was dry but had some flavor to it. They had a white sauce and a house made bbq sauce that were great that complimented the brisket if it wasn’t for the sauces I probably would have not finished it. Otherwise great service and ambience. My colleague ordered the pulled pork and said that the pulled pork was okay and would probably eat it again but nothing to rave about.

I got the taco w/pork.. I was already home before eating..The toppings seemed fresh, but the chips underneath the toppings were stale. Picked all off and left the chips. Please give customers fresh EVERYTHING. Customers you may want to get the Nachos separately..

I really like this place. It was extremely busy, but they handled it like a pro! There was a lil wait to order but not that long considering the amount of ppl in there. I got 2 piece catfish with Mac n cheese and green beans. First the catfish was HUGE only was able to eat one season very well, with homemade tater sauce which I liked. Green beans were seasoned well with turkey meat, loved them! I did not care for the mac n cheese. It was really cheesy but no other flavor considering how well seasoned fish and green beans were. My mom got ribs, Mac n cheese, green beans and collards. She had 6 pieces of ribs which she said were good and tender she agrees bout Mac n cheese, no flavor. She also liked her green beans and collards. I would definitely recommend this spot! They did serve beer as

The outside sliced was not as good as my last visit. The meat was dry, the beans were soupy, but the slaw was good. This visit was lunch 9-29-25
