1. Great food, can ask for modifications, from warming mala tang to bbq skewers to sauerkraut fish. went there many times in cold weather 2. Great service, extremely nice customer service very attentive. 3. Great option for big groups or even singular meals, their combos are amazing offering an entree, 10 skewers of your choosing, and even a drink. 4. Their main focus isn’t on dessert, and I’ve yet to tried theirs but i can tell you for sure their drink is great, whether taro or pineapple, it’s a great tasty drink to cool u down from the spiciness 5. Price is great, i wish i’d have taken picture of the menu for whoever is reading this, but for individual meals, even just the beef noodles soup is only 12$, the combos are extremely good value usually less than 20$ for big bowl of noodles (yo

This hot pot place plus the karaoke downstairs was insane. We honestly did not see it coming that there would be a karaoke spot in the basement of a hot pot restaurant, which was very thoughtful and fun. We ordered the hot pot and enjoyed everything. You can’t really judge the food too harshly since you cook it yourself, but the broth was freshly made, the meat was fresh, and all the sides were fresh as well. Nothing felt low quality. The service was a little slow, but it was Saturday evening and very busy, so that was understandable. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth checking out⭐⭐⭐⭐

We came to Chinatown looking for a hotpot place, and we’re so happy we found this one! When the food platters were brought out, we were delighted to see that everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The mushroom soup was delicious and drinkable, as it’s made from scratch. We also tried the soda and cucumber juice—both were very refreshing. Ice cream and the bbq lamb skewers are my son's favorite! The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. One small suggestion, based on other hotpot places we've visited: it would be helpful to offer some recommended sauce combinations for guests who may not know what to mix. It could guide people on how to create their own perfect dipping sauce.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! great selection of hotpot ingredients, and they literally have 小龙虾🦞 as their starters?? the service was INCREDIBLE TOOOO the aunties and a young man were so service-oriented -- placed our coats in a big plastic bag so that the hotpot smell would not get to it + overall super smiley :) THUMBS UP!!!

Great value and the ingredients all tasted good in my soup. From the broth, down to the sweet taste of Napa cabbage, and the lotus roots. And so many skewers that came with it. They even have vegetarian skewer options. The short rib skewers were a little on the tough side. And the mild was a bit more spicy than mild, especially from the peppercorns. They were nice to accommodate us sitting in a less lighted table. Grateful.
