I recently visited fusion and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly made tacos and the warm, friendly service set the tone for what was to come. The tacos were exceptional, with perfectly seasoned meats like tender carnitas, all wrapped in soft, homemade tortillas that held together well. The fresh, flavorful toppings and thoughtfully crafted salsas added the perfect balance to each bite. The inviting atmosphere was complemented by great customer service, with staff checking in to ensure everything was to our liking. With generous portions and reasonable prices, fuaion has quickly become my go-to spot for delicious, high-quality tacos.

The tacos were bomb as always!! Unfortunately its not just about food that makes a new restaurant great. customer service is a big factor to keeping a business and that’s with any business. My family and I dined in and Im aware they just opened so I’m not looking for any small mistakes they make. A new business is a work in progress, but I wish i was greeted with smiles or enthusiasm. No one came to check on us to make sure the food was good or if we needed anything like napkins or anymore drinks. I had to get up. It wasnt what I expected. Honestly wasnt sure if we even had a waitress. It was quiet in there. It would of been nice to have some music or background noise. The decor was cute. Its only up from here and wish the business success.

I had a terrible experience at Fusion due to their poor customer service. From the moment we walked in, it felt like the staff didn't care about providing a welcoming atmosphere. The server was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to take our order. The overall lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. It’s unfortunate because the food was decent, but the terrible customer service completely ruined our experience. I won’t be returning to Fusion and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. They need to seriously improve their customer service if they want to keep customers coming back.

The tacos from Nikki and her family are the best tacos I’ve ever had. 🥰 we love them and get them all the time! The new place is so cute too!
