I ordered from Futomaki Sushi & Hibachi on Friday night and ended up with a severe case of food poisoning. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with the aftermath of this meal. I’ve been incredibly ill, and based on the timing, there is no doubt it came from this order. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please be very cautious if you’re considering ordering from here—safety and hygiene clearly aren't being prioritized. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Delicious food, host and staff were very respectful and came to help very quickly. Some of the fastest and best service I have ever received, food was out very quickly. Definitely worth eating here.
Futomaki is one of the best Japanese restaurants. The rolls are perfectly rolled which means there’s a little space between the rice. The rice perfectly seasoned. Every dish was executed the way Japanese food is supposed to be made. One may enjoy the all you can eat life where the hustle and bustle of people from all walks of life, feast OR go to this hidden gem. You’re missing out if you don’t try Futomaki and the only warning I have is that once you go, you may never enjoy sushi anywhere else ever again. Now, I have only been once and the key to a successful restaurant is consistency. I will be back again within a few weeks and will report again. Disappointed I have been coming here a few times ordering online or having my wife pick up food for my lunch. A few times the food quality hasn’t been the best, but I still have given this place the benefit of the doubt. And today we’re trying to place my order since I was four minutes after lunch time they wanted to charge the meal to dinner time which cost more when I have been trying to call prior, but the phone would not go through on their end. Thus causing this 4 min delay That is bad on business. I asked if they could make the Exception and they didn’t want to that is greed in my eyes and unfortunately, I Won’t continue to go to this location because of that.It isnt so much the money but the principle behind it all
