FUWA Ramen and Dumpling

The chicken dumplings were incredible and a good value, you get 8 large dumplings for 7.99. I would go back just for these. I also highly recommend the grilled veggies. The sushi was good. I wish there was an option for a small miso soup on their menu.

New food court restaurant that prepares the order fresh. The ramen noodles are outstanding tasting like they are from a good sit-down restaurant and not fast food. The fried rice is good, but not nearly as flavorful as the noodles. Its the kind of place that you go to the mall for just to eat, rather than eating at it just because there isn't much else better while shopping.

Chicken Dumplings are very good. These are better than I’ve had at fine dining in NYC. Crazy right? Hard to mess up but it can be done. Fuwa does a great job and the soup is very authentic. A bit salty but for being a quick service in the mall it’s tasty.

The food is okay. The fried rice looks very bland but to my surprise-both times, it was flavorful. Not bad for a quick bite at the mall.

The atmosphere was nice & clean. However the fried dumplings were bland and greasy and the Japanese Ramen soup with chicken tasted and smelled like old fish. The chicken in the soup looked like rubbery grilled frozen chicken pieces you get in a bag from the grocery store, and the noodles seemed like straight out of the Top Ramen packet. I couldn't even eat it with hot sauce packets added, or after I removed all the seaweed. We took a couple of bites and threw it all in the trash.
