I’ve reviewed before but I’m able to do a second review for a change so adding this one See photo captions for other reviews…spoiler alert, skip brunch This time I had the Birria Quesadilla. I sat at the bar, service is always good with the bartenders. Overall I thought it was very good! My complaint was that it was so thick that the tortilla doesn’t get crunchy (and perhaps it was a little mushy because the pico de gallo adds too much moisture?) and because it’s so thick the cheese wasn’t fully melted. So it could’ve been cooked a little longer. It was very good though, definitely one of my favorites here (along with the turkey club which is the best I’ve had so far anywhere) Adding my brunch review…honestly it wasn’t good. Potatoes were salty. My husband got the biscuits and gravy an
By far the best fish and chips I've ever had! Service was friendly and quick on the draw. The menu had a good amount of variety so I'll definitely be back to try some more of their stuff!
We came here for some fish fry but were pleasantly surprised that they offer fried pickles and Reuben specials (pierogi or sandwich), so ended up ordering those instead. It’s great to have fried pickles out of the Fair — different, but I actually prefer this one which is cut thinner. The cheese pierogis were loaded with corned beef. Also had the “asian ribs” and the mashed potatoes and both were a hit. Great beer selection & fair prices. We’ll be back for fish fry :)
I had one of the best burgers I've ever had here. The cheese curd burger and chocolate chip cookie were both super good. Nothing we ordered was bad. Service was good. Place is kinda dive bar-ish, but cozy. Looks like fun place for trivia or watching sports games Only thing negative here was outside of staff's control; we saw a clearly drunk man in the parking lot about to get into his car to drive. We will definitely be back.
They had a great October menu. Friendly staff and quick service, a fun place where anyone and everyone feels welcome.
