This marks my second visit to Gaby by Call me Gaby, and this time I had the pleasure of dining with my husband. We enjoyed an exceptional evening together, savoring exquisite cuisine. We arrived 45 minutes prior to closing for a dinner date, yet the restaurant staff welcomed us warmly. Our server, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, was remarkably friendly, polite, and professional. Our meal consisted of a delectable watermelon salad, the finest we have encountered in the Aventura area. Located on the side of Aventura Mall near the Apple Store I went to Gaby by Call Me Gaby after visiting the mall with my best friend and we had such a wonderful experience. The restaurant has both outdoor and indoor seating and the atmosphere in both areas feels warm, stylish and inviting. We ordered the cheese board and it was truly amazing. Everything was fresh and the marmalade that comes with it was delicious. For our main dishes we had the Fiocchetti alle Pere e Tartufo which was incredible and full of flavor, and the Spaghetti al Pomodoro which was simple in the best possible way. Both dishes tasted even better paired with a glass of red wine. The service was friendly and attentive and the whole visit felt relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
