Horrible experience. I called this place to ask if they had Tres Leches cake for my mother’s birthday, & the lady on the phone heard me and hung up. I called again, and asked the same thing, & the lady said in spanish that she doesn't understand english, so I asked my question in spanish, and yet she still proceeded to hang up. This place is mediocre and rude.

By far, this business has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sometimes I wish I could truly expose how rude and dismissive they are to the very people who help keep their doors open. The staff consistently have terrible attitudes and no sense of customer care. I personally witnessed a young kid come in to buy some food, and because he was short by just ten cents, they wouldn’t let it slide. It was disheartening to see, and honestly says a lot about the lack of compassion here. For a business that continues to grow, it’s shocking that management hasn’t invested in basic customer service training. Wow.. Well this place I have something nice to say.. I went to this place and I ask how much it's the piece of sweet bread.. she say $0.80 piece or 12 x $8 dollars.. first I think wow this it's a nice deal. After I spoke with the manager and I explain to her I was looking for 100 pieces she change the price because the need was for a church donation.. thanks and thanks again and again..
