Gachi Sushi & Noodles

Best eggs Benedict I've ever had and hands down the best service and for I've been served in any airport I've ever dined in. If you come through Logan airport, this is definitely the spot to stop. Absolutely delicious

I didn't plan to eat at the airport since the food quality usually not that good. Reading a few reviews seeing Gachi sushi & Noodle is good. Wanting for some warm soup, I decided to check it out. I wanted the vege tonkotsu ramen but wasn't sure what in it. And the staff was helpful explained to me how it has 2 vegetables dumplings, soft tofu, and different kinds of veggies (corn, bamboo shoots, ear mushrooms), so I felt more confident to give it a try. And it was pretty good, especially for airport food. This is one of the best US airport food I have so far. Next time I stop by BOS, I would definitely stop by here again. Thank you

Today when I was shopping, I reached for a heated bagel on a shelf and suffered a burn due to the shelf being excessively hot. There were no clear warning signs, and the staff showed no concern for my injury. I immediately felt intense heat when I touched the shelf, causing a severe burn. Despite my distress, the nearby staff member did not offer any assistance or check on me. When I asked for ice, she coldly responded, saying, "The warning is clear, please do not approach the shelf." However, there were no visible warnings at all. If the shelf was that hot, a clear sign should have been posted to prevent such incidents. I was also disappointed by the staff's lack of empathy or urgency. As a service employee, she should have shown basic care and professionalism, which was sorely lacking.

I had the most wonderful experience at Gachi Sushi, marking my first time enjoying fresh sushi for breakfast at 9:00 AM. I decided to try the California roll, and it was absolutely delicious! One of the highlights of my visit was meeting Mr. Sam, who is truly one of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. His warm welcome made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire staff was incredibly pleasant, and even the gentleman who prepared my sushi, who you might expect to be reserved, greeted me kindly and ensured I had all the condiments I needed. I was genuinely excited to have sushi for breakfast, and Gachi Sushi exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!

I ordered chicken fried rice, and while the quantity seemed reasonable, the smell and the way it was cooked were terrible. I informed the staff, but they insisted that this is how they prepare their rice. As someone who eats rice regularly, I could tell it was overcooked and burnt — it even had a blackened appearance. I had to return the food, and only after speaking with the manager did they agree to refund me. Very disappointing experience.
