I stopped in this morning to pick up cannoli's for my boss's birthday, but the service was incredibly off-putting. Before I was even served, I watched the young woman behind the counter be very short and dismissive toward an elderly gentleman who was trying to order donuts. When it was my turn, the attitude continued. I asked for two cannolis, and she rudely snapped, "They're in the back, is that all you want?" When I added a dozen donuts to my order, she actually huffed in frustration. While getting the cannolis from the kitchen, I could hear her slamming drawers and acting visibly annoyed. This bakery has been my go-to for years, and it never disappoints. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the consistent quality of their products. The snacks are always fresh, delicious, and made with care. One of the things I appreciate most is their cakes — every year I order birthday cakes for my loved ones here, and they are always beautifully decorated, flavorful, and a highlight of our celebrations. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality, affordability, and great service so well. This cake was so delicious! Ordered it for my sisters bday after hearing her inlaws really enjoyed Gallos. They recommend the strawberry and banana. Everything in the cases looked amazing.

I would recommend looking elsewhere for your baked goods. I recently picked up a cake I ordered days in advance, and it was completely wrong. I specifically asked for an all-white cake with black writing—simple enough. Instead, I received a cake with green decorations and dark green writing. When I called to explain the issue, I was told I had ordered a “standard cake with flowers,” which is false.
