I can see why this shop is popular. The ramen and gyoza has more complex flavor than any other ramen place I've been to. I love new food experiences so I had a good time but I wish they had a take on tonkotsu. It was interesting to try Sapporo ramen for the first time since that is this shop's specialty. I LOVED the pork gyoza with the dipping sauce though. We also smelled the grilled octopus and it smelled divine, I wish we ordered it.
Great place. They don’t do take out ok weekends. Make sure you come and be in the line using their website booking line. Was very frustrating to wait 10min to discover that you’d have to wait 50min to get seated. Be sure to be on the front desk guys neck so you get your seat, he works super hard but is difficult to keep track of the line order due to nature of the business. After seating in comfortably with 4 people + 1 baby, the experience was super great! It came super fast and the food was delicious! I had a soy ramen and my wife had the tan tan ramen. Very good ones btw!
A hidden gem tucked away in Coolidge Corner. Its first come first serve so come prepared to order and put your name in, then they seat you when your table is ready. We got the karai shoyu and the gankara miso ramen, plus some gyoza. The ramens were fantastic: just spicy enough and great portions. It’s a pretty no frills tiny space. Great for 2 people.
Such a great ramen location. Can be Very busy but its line will be indoors which is very nice. They have amazing ramen choices and the small dishes are very good.
Its a cute ramen joint in the arcade building. I love the authenticity of the flavor and the variety of it. Not overwhelming. The spicy one was just the right heat. My kids also loved it. It won't accommodate large groups easily but they are really nice and will try. Was here for lunch and they were very busy but not lack of attention.
