Garden Catering - Fairfield

I woke up today early morning instantly craving garden catering. I was thinking of the chicken and fries, dipping it into their delicious honey mustard. I got up placed my order the special with chilli and cheese sauce with honey mustard. I went about my day checking on my order excited to eat. When it finally arrived I skipped down the stairs open the door all giggles kicking my feet going back up. Sat down took everything out of the bag FaceTimed my bestie letting her know what I got. I did a little show and tell with my food flexed how good it look and then…. I grabbed my fork stuck a frie on it and went for my honey mustard … but it wasn’t there. I looked everywhere under the table behind my chair thinking I dropped it but no THEY FORGOT MY HONEY MUSTAAAAAARD I was crying throwing up I

I was putting spices into a shake-to-season bag when the bottom suddenly came off and all the food fell out, right onto the carpeted floor… I thought it was a regular bag, but it turned out to be just a tube folded at the bottom. It was terrible!!! Other food was good tho…

I got 4 meals. 1 junior, 1 special, 1 big boy, and buffalo nuggets. All had an insanely little amount of chicken. the junior special came with 2 chicken nuggets which is 2 oz of chicken. 2 nuggets for 9 dollars is crazy idc how good GC claims to be this is just sad. the franchises will never be as good as the one in old greenwich and this is exactly why. this one in fairfield is the worst version of their sad franchising. pic is the entire junior special

I used to frequent the Hamilton Ave location in Greenwich for years, it was always amazing. I've lived in Fairfield for 5 years, and about once a year I give this location a try, and keep being extremely disappointed-its like a different restaurant altogether. I've had in-store waits of 30 minutes, because they prioritize the online orders over people ordering in-store. Yesterday I ordered delivery for my family. We got a few specials with nuggets and a sandwich. The nuggets were borderline inedible-hard as a rock, super thick breading, dry as a bone. My toddlers wouldn't eat them. Portions were also a joke. Lesson learned, last time I give them a shot. I want to try the Greenwich location again just to see if the food is different or the lack of quality has permeated across the c

So I ordered the big boy tonight around 8:30, I highly doubt that potato scones are supposed to be in my order and that 8 nuggets fulfill the order that’s advertised as 3/4 of nuggets, fries to suppress your appetite and not to mention false advertising. The cook was complaining as people were coming late to order food. The store hours on the site is clear of operating hours as they are open from 10am-9pm. Very misleading night staff and conning on how they serve food.
