EDIT: 9/24 I am changing from a 1 to a 3 star as a result of you changing your initial response to my original post. My boyfriends parents made a reservation for all of us here for my birthday celebration and I was so excited to do a good review, but I just can’t…the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced..we were seated almost 30 minutes after our reservation time, that wasn’t a huge deal…but we didn’t get drinks until another hour..and then after we placed our food orders it was another 45 minutes before just getting our soups and salads (one of which was incorrect)..and then dinner was another 45 minutes after that..our reservation was at 6:30, we didn’t eat dinner until almost 9 pm (which is when they close)…It really killed the whole celebration vibe and everyone was cr

Went on Friday night at 7:30pm with a group of 6. We got Prime Rib, lasagna, & eggplant parmesan for mains. We enjoyed the sides as well- garlic mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, side salad, & Cesar salad. They offer a large wine selection. Brendan was so sweet and split up out ticket for 3 couples.

This was our first stop when coming back to Gunnison. First night we had drinks by the river and dinner inside. A few days later we had to come back, this time we sat on the patio and enjoyed another wonderful meal. From the hostess who truly made us feel welcomed with her warm and sincere personality to the professional servers; this place is wonderful. The team actually remembered us from a few days ago - which shows their intention and commitment to insure their guests are treated like family. The food has always exceptional and the drink selection is diverse. We can’t wait to come back again. Garlic Mike, you have a unique restaurant that my friends and I recommend to anyone who is in the area. Keep up the great work - see you next time.

Beautiful setting on the Gunnison River. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Indoor and outdoor seating with heater towers for cool nights. Highly recommend.

First time in..Jessica you were lovely and we enjoyed you sharing what all the place has all year round (looking forward to it). Food was excellent! Defiantly going to be our Monday spot. Only criticism..the ratatouille sauce bled into our mustard sauce on our shrimp laurino, taking away from the flavor profile of the dish. Looking forward to more!
