Gaslight Brewhouse

We really enjoyed this establishment, which had a nice diverse menus,very clean and great for sports viewing TVs. Regarding the food, the beer cheese and pretzels were spot on with great flavor, and wings were perfectly cooked and coated. Burgers are very good, and you can tell they use fresh meat. Draft beers could have been a bit colder like most other places everyone enjoys going to. My only disappointment was that the nachos and meatballs were definitely not heated up enough, which I was concerned about based on reviews, but these were ordered lastly. Otherwise,I would recommend stopping by here and enjoying a meal and drinks or even an appetizer and a drink - just make sure and request that the food is served hot.

We visited on a Friday for lunch after a nearby college campus tour. I imagine during the school year this place is crowded, but it was quiet during our visit. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The only error in our order was our son received regular fries instead of waffle fries. The food was hot and we were offered drink refills. The steak tacos were extremely delicious with fresh avocado and tomatillo salsa! My only suggestion is to please ask if any kid menus are needed instead of asking a person if they want a kids menu. Our son is 17 but very short due to a medical condition. He was humiliated by the waitress offering him a kids menu. No harm was intended of course, but it may help spare another person’s embarrassment down the road.

Our server was great- food was decent. My only complaint is the picture of the meatball hoogie looked nothing like it does on the menu. I'll attach pictures below.

The name is a bit ironic, as Gaslight Brew House isn’t actually a brewery—but they do have an impressive selection of over 30 beers on tap, so there’s no shortage of options if you’re a beer fan. I haven’t been a regular, but I’ve visited a few times and have consistently had a good experience. The food is solid, especially the burgers, which have always been well-prepared and satisfying. It’s a reliable spot if you’re looking for a casual meal and a good beer without overthinking it. Overall, while it may not be a true “brew house,” it’s a place I’d definitely return to when I’m in the mood for a good burger and a wide beer selection.

Enjoyed a nice lunch with co-workers here. Abby was the server (first day!) and did a great job. Had no idea it could have been her first day. Food was out quick and everything was accurate. Love the round table booths at this spot.
