Gator's Dockside Lake City

Everything was amazing. The service was great im sorry I didnt catch my servers name😩 we decided to try several appetizers and splitting them together. Zero complaints about any of the food. Those onion petals were soooooo good. It was hard to decide what to take the next bite of each time. Everything was delicious. And for under 60$ for everything. Date Night win!

In town overnight, my buddy and I decided to try out Gator’s Dockside. All together we ordered the Spinach-Artichoke Dip, the Fried Mushrooms, the Garlic Butter Smash Burger and the Fish & Chips. Our server was friendly but absent for most of our meal. We had to flag down another server for refills and lemon. The Spinach-Artichoke Dip, which wasn’t on the menu, was VERY good. It was flavorful and creamy and the chips were warm, crisp and fresh. The Fried Mushrooms were my favorite!!! One word of warning, give them a minute or two when they get to the table, they must have just popped out of the fryer because they were HOT, temperature wise, not spicy. I had the Fish and Chips with slaw. Everything was done to perfection and tasted Fantastic!!! The Fish was hot, crispy, flaky and moist on

My 2nd visit to gators dockside, once a year ago was just as good! Our bartender/server was simply awesome. Her name was shally, my nephew and I stopped in late from driving down from Michigan on the way to Clearwater fl. She allowed us to order late and took great care of us while she cleaned up for the night to close. She made my experience A1and highly recommend gators dockside of lake City Florida. Thank you shally for the wonderful service!!

Was pleasantly surprised of how delicious the food was. Gator bites, pretzels bites and wings to start. Delicious. Dinners were large portions and very good. Our server was very nice. I said surprised because I figured it was just going to be bar foods. It was not. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Stopped in for lunch while visiting from Miami and had a great experience. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick with drink refills while also giving great menu recommendations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were very generous for the price. Excellent service and quality food. We will definitely be back the next time we’re visiting family.
