Geechah cafe (Haitian restaurant)

Lovely experience—from calling ahead through dining in. Frantz genuinely cares about his business and his customers; he proactively cleaned our table, checked on us, and thanked us for visiting.

What a local gem! We met a friend in Boynton Beach and wanted to introduce him to Haitian food, which, unlike him, we've had a few times down here in Miami. This place actually served up better food than what we've had in Miami, especially the griot and the tostones. Despite these being staples of Haitian cuisine, it's very common that they are dry, but that was NOT the case here, and we got some of the juiciest griot I've ever had alongside possibly the best tostones of my life. The oxtail, however, was actually my favorite dish, and the delicately stewed meat fell right off the bone. As a testament to how good and authentic the food is, we were the only non-Haitians there, and we got the royal treatment (possibly because they were so surprised to see two large white guys and a small Asia

This place been around, but always been in the shadows of Albertees... its in a hard spot. The food is great, ill be trying it out more to see with the other food. But I went around looking for something specific, couldn't find it anywhere else. Good thing I thought about them. Everything worked out. This is now under a new owner. The food was good. Not the best liver I've had, but it was good enough to go back and try it again, and different Hatian dishes. The owner was very nice, had a great meal on Sunday, and I was not disappointed 😋

They are the best haitian food I have had I always get griot dinner plate very delicious. I tried 3 different restaurants and they were not anywhere near as good as this place highly recommend this place.

I ordered the fried pork and it was really good.. This is my first time going I have to return in order to give another review. It was quiet as not many people at 12 noon this is a good time to visit on a Saturday.
