Gems House of Bagels

Been coming to this place for almost 5 years. Service is always great even when they are packed. Bagels are great but their other sandwiches are amazing

I had a really disappointing experience with this place. When I called to place my order, the person on the phone was extremely rude and rushed me off, barely letting me speak. It felt like I was being a bother just for trying to order breakfast. To make matters worse, when my mother went to pick up the food, she was treated even more disrespectfully. She was yelled at to close the deli refrigerator door—apparently it was broken, but she didn’t know—and instead of being understanding, they laughed at her in a mean-spirited, conniving way. That’s completely unacceptable behavior toward any customer, especially someone just picking up food. We were excited to support a local business, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. My daily go to! Everything & Cinnamon Raisin bagels are excellent. Speedy service, super friendly staff. Great iced coffee too.

Food is always excellent and friendly staff. Coffee is always burnt though.
