It was great! First time my wife and I been here. Her 2 sons invited us and we were not disappointed. Portions were good and refills on drinks kept coming. We will be back.

The experience we had at Gen on Valentine’s day was so good, I made a Yelp account to support them, but I’m posting it here on Google too. The crew that Jimmy has trained is tight. They are incredibly organized and we were always taken care of at every point of service. Zed was a fantastic host, and even though I was a touch late after we got the text that our table was ready, he noticed me with my date as soon as I arrived and got us a table quickly, despite the crowd. Even though we were planning on trying premium anyway, Andrew really sold us and had amazing recommendations. Everything tasted really good. Our favorites were the Yangyum Galbi—tender and well‑marinated—and the Hangjungsal, which came pre‑cut, marinated, and absolutely delicious. Got this recommendation from one of the cooks while I was giving uber rides. Went with my roommates and I have to say, this is an ideal place for a great dinner, date, or small social event you have. Food was exceptional. The meat was savory and we could not get enough of it. The customer service was incredible, have to say that we were never empty on food nor drinks. Great atmosphere, will be returning constantly.
