Genesis Bakery

I have come several times. The service great, employees nice but when I just paid for a ham & cheese empanada that literally had one slice of ham is WOW. Other bakeries have triple ingredients in their empanadas for the same price. Look at the photo I was shocked. I hope they step up their game.

The empanadas are amazing! Staff is friendly and the vibe is upbeat and fun! We are here on vacation and will definitely be back before we leave!! Vanilla iced latte was also amazing!!!

I absolutely love this place! Breakfast is always delicious and their service is very familiar and friendly! This stop is a must!

Very good tasting but why are 2 empanadas, that are half the size of my hand, $5???

Haven’t had real deal Cuban 🇨🇺 toast in a few years and saw this golden nugget tucked in a small strip mall heading South in Homestead. Glad we stopped. The Cuban toast hit the spot. Was amazed to see the variety of different baked items. And of course guava pastries. Really liked that I didn’t need a translator. Two Cuban toasts with butter, smashed in a hot press to give it that crunchiness on the outside. Definitely recommend this place. Marked in on the map to stop by again when passing through. Everything was very well displayed.
