Geno's Italian Deli

Was in Bowling Green for an appt and happen to drive by Geno's via navigation. I could tell from the outside it was just like the authentic Italian sandwich shops I grew up going to in Virginia and Staten Island. Immediately the decor and young lady behind the counter made me and my feel at home. Make their own bread, cold side dishes, and desserts. I got the Geno's sub and it did not disappoint... Delicious, warm your soul kind of food here! Will be bringing the family here and this will be our go to spot everytime we come to BG. Blessings to the family who runs this shop. Truly, thank you!

Small town feel and absolutely gourmet breakfast. Opted for The corned beef hash, freshly shaved corned beef on top of home cooked potatoes with a good amount of cheddar, onions, jalapenos at a good portion. Service was friendly from both individuals working today, they were fast and efficient considering how busy they were. The coffee was good, too. Price? Pleasantly surprising. Under $15 for breakfast including coffee? I for one greatly appreciate it.

Finding authentic Italian in Bowling Green isn't always easy, but Geno’s is the real deal. The food is incredibly authentic and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The baked spaghetti is total comfort food, loaded with cheese and a sauce that tastes like it’s been simmering all day. And you have to get some extra garlic bread; it’s the perfect crunch to go with the pasta. The staff is always welcoming, and the vibe is just right. This is easily one of my favorite local spots and we always order some to take to memaw when we come to visit.

I have came to this place many times. The food is very good, staff is friendly and helpful. A true sign of good food is when the staff loves it too by choice not convenience. They have plenty of options. For example their breakfast is phenomenal! Fresh ingredients. Good flavor! And the pricing VS portions is more than fair! That goes for lunch as well! Their calzone is huge and every bite amazing! The desserts are to die for! If you are ever in Bowling Green Kentucky or passing through give them a shot!
