Georgia Shrimp Company in Peachtree City is hands-down one of the best seafood spots I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, inviting, and full of that coastal charm. The staff is so friendly and attentive — they check in without hovering, and you can tell they really care about the experience. The food? Exceptional. The food - For once, the hype was right. I was told numerous times to visit this place for some great seafood and it did not disappoint. I brought my wife here for her birthday yesterday and we had the seafood sampler and the skillet extravaganza. I have NO complaints. Great presentation. Great flavor. Great meal. The service - Kayla (waitress)was attentive, lively, and fun. We had a delay on our food so she brought us some bread to hold us over for the wait time. Very thoughtful. Customer service throughout our stay was A-1. The Atmosphere - an old school, no phones feel where you get to enjoy your company. For that alone, that makes this place one of my favorites. Romantic lighting, quaint, and calm. Perfect place for a rendezvous with a loved one.

Haven’t dined here in a while and I left promising myself that I’ll return soon. The whole experience was perfect. We were greeted upon entering, seated promptly and the service was both friendly and attentive throughout. The atmosphere inside is elegant, yet comfortable. Lighting makes a big difference as to how you feel. Each table had a small candle. I had the Bigg City’s Spicy Pasta. It was delicious , cooked perfectly and the portion size was more than generous. My wife ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Peri Peri and loved it. This restaurant has been here for as long as I can remember which is hard to do in such a competitive environment. The Good: Friendly staff and nice ambient setting. The Bad: Very disappointing dining experience. Started off with she crab soup. I had to add about a tablespoon of salt to the dish just to taste some flavor. Then came the fried oyster and shrimp entree with a side of rice and hush puppies. First I tried a hush puppy but I was unable to ignore the freezer taste. The shrimp and oysters were basic, could also use salt. I received tartar sauce but It was just mayonnaise. The kitchen just needs one good chef to be tasting the food and checking quality.

Rewarding! I traveled for the Lobster Thermidor and was won over with the ambience, customer service, $5 house wine at the start of 3pm happy hour, and the delicious appetizers—not limited to the Charleston She Crab Soup. Fresh✅ Sizable Portions✅ Music There is a cozy patio area, separate bar area, and parking is a breeze. They can accommodate both small and large parties; I can’t wait to bring the entire family next time!
