Amazing BBQ and even better people! Georgia Smoke BBQ is absolutely incredible! The owner/chef and his team were so friendly and welcoming—it felt like visiting old friends who just happen to make world-class barbecue. Everything was super fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good, the pulled pork was smoky and tender, and all the sides were delicious. Honestly, everything we tried was spot-on. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Georgia Smoke BBQ in Fernandina Beach is hands-down one of the best barbecue spots around! This hidden gem, greets you with an unmistakable smoky aroma that promises something special and they absolutely deliver. The meats are perfectly smoked , tender, flavorful, and full of that rich, authentic BBQ taste that can only come from slow cooking and real wood smoke. The brisket practically melts in your mouth, the ribs are fall-off-the-bone perfection, and the pulled pork is juicy and seasoned just right. Delicious mac and cheese is creamy comfort. You can tell that everything is made with care and pride. Friendly and warm staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do. Glad we made a stop there.

Absolutely blown away by Georgia Smoke! We had the brisket, ribs, Swinebird, pulled pork, Brunswick stew, mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, loaded taters, and banana pudding and every bite was incredible. The meat was tender and flavorful, the sides were perfectly seasoned, and you can taste the love in every dish; this is top-tier barbecue.

My office ordered breakfast from Georgia Smoke for a recent staff meeting. This is something new that they are starting that adds to their delicious lunch/dinner/catering options. The food was AMAZING!! Excellent combinations of sweet and savory and just a warm feeling of comfort food. The portions that you receive are huge and all items come with a side of peachy fruits and an amazing warm side of cinnamon rolls. They focus on smoking their meats on pecan wood, so this is not your traditional meats that you would get anywhere else. They put their heart and soul into everything they do. So if you are looking for someone to cater your events, give them a call. I can promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Really solid BBQ spot. We had the ribs and brisket and both were great. The sides were unique and really stood out. The desserts were also great. Definitely worth a visit if you're into quality barbecue.
