I went to talk to this lady about an agressive student that was putting holes in walls and threatening other students, and I was told to just “withdraw from the class” (with 2 weeks left in the semester) and that they can’t do anything. When I asked “what if he becomes more agressive” she replied “What if the sun blows up”… this is a woman that works in public safety and a student is coming to her about a real concern and she decided to be extremely insensitive. She has no place in public safety and should work a job she actually likes instead of making students feel even more unsafe/unprotected.

We Really needed their help with an issue with a car not starting at 2am. We were two females and were the olny two left in an empty lott , with one staying behind to help the other. but after not succeeding, and feeling really uncomrtable in empty lott, we wanted and called upd for assistance , after they got a Description of the issue and a description of ourselves two blk females who wrk the nightshift near red and grey car having trouble trying to put gas from a gas can in red car, they told us they were to busy helping others at 2am and refused to come help us. gave off lazy and seem to careless about doing there jobs to protect or serve. What a waste of tax dollars that unit. Oh, Yes. They are allowed to help with minor car issues like that .

I had my bike stolen on campus. I filed a report and they said if they saw it they would contact me. Like most people I just assume that my bike is gone forever. About a month goes by and they actually found it. No one is more surprised than me. And I really appreciate it. Not that it has any bearing on their ability to do their jobs but they're one of the most attractive department I've ever seen.

Worst possible experience I’ve ever had. On two occasions. Had to spend 6k out of pocket for something that was in their control and am traumatized for life for another situation very poorly handled. If you ever have a safety concern you’re better off not calling them.

It's the Police department. They are nice.
