Gerry's Pizza

Cute place with more seating than I expected. Service was great. I had regular mostaccioli (sorry about spelling?) which was good and enough for 2 meals. The meatball that came with the order was cooked nicely but a bit bland. I ordered an extra sausage which was great. Side salad has lots of extra ingredients like cucumber, tomatoes and croutons! They have a kind of roll with meals which are really good. We didn't try the pizza but will go back to since almost everyone around us has amazing looking pies and probably try a special salad.

Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We stopped here while traveling through because it has a great old Italian restaurant sign. The pizza crust tasted like a frozen, microwave-style crust. It was hard on the bottom and soggy on the top. It was like a giant Lunchable pizza crust with soggy pepperoni under a mountain of cheese. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to eat it. Don’t waste your money here.

It was a really good pizza and we had a nice salad with it. The service was outstanding.Defiinatly recommend.

If you’re in Rockford and want a good meal from some where other than one of a hundred fast food places, stop here. I did a to-go order for the hotel, I had the chicken parmesan, my wife had the eggplant parmesan and we split a garlic bread with cheese. They gave us a good amount of food, enough that we each had half left over for the next day. We both liked our meals, and it was definitely a much better choice than a fast food option. ** The salad I made at the hotel from items bought at a grocery store.

Great very casual pizza place. The pizza has been consistently amazing every time we order. We have eaten in many times and have also done pick up. The one time we ordered calamari it was more fish tasting so haven't tried that again. But the pizza is what we go for.... Their servers are always friendly and prompt, the pick up is always ready when they say it will be. Love that they have a rewards program (old school a little card with stamps) but old school works well and no app required (bonus). If your looking for large tables for groups they have them. Give it a try we sure are glad we did.
