I went in to get fries and got so much more! Chef Mike and his two employees were so nice and hospitable the second I walked in and when I told them it was my first time there they gave me a free drink and some wings and a sample of their collard greens. Everything was so good 😊 I’m genuinely excited to come back and try the rest of the menu. Such kind and friendly people running the place and feel very fortunate to have them in the community.

I was presently surprised while visiting Rochester to see this nostalgic staple in the community! G&G used to be on the corner of North Ave and Hudson Ave and had unparalleled steak submarines! This new location offers a more polished appearance. While the sub isn't quite like the 1990s, it was still amazing and full of flavor. Be careful, though, Prefer the sauce separately because you'll open your sandwich to soggy bread soaked in their signature G&G sauce. (I think they used to use Boss Sauce before, but whatever!) This is a must go restaurant!

I finally decided to try G&G after hearing great things from friends and family—and I’m so glad I did. I stopped in on Friday just to give it a shot, and I was blown away. I had a 6PC with Fries and it is absolutely incredible—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I honestly thought maybe the cook was just having an exceptionally good day, so I had to test it again. I went back on Saturday, and to my surprise, Chef Mike outdid himself again! The food was just as phenomenal as the first time, proving that this place isn’t just good—it’s consistently amazing. On top of that, the service was outstanding, making the entire experience even better. If you haven’t been to G&G yet, do yourself a favor and go. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped in for the first time today - the food and the prices are outstanding. I can't wait to go back, and I'm so happy to be able to support a family business at that. 👏👏
