Always has fresh food. Some prices are a little high but that's no different with any other store. The workers are always pleasant and nice

I went to giant eagle to order a dozen cupcakes and was shocked that for a dozen basic cupcakes they wanted almost $15.00!! The store was clean and the associates were nice and asked me if I found everything I was looking for. However I noticed that things at their bakery was very overpriced.

The cakes from Giant Eagle are AMAZING. The buttercream icing is always just sweet enough and the cake is always moist. I prefer to order from here than from many other businesses.

Needed a cake decorated last minute and the lady was more than happy to help. The competition turned me away, claiming their decorator left at 3:30, and Noone else could handle putting 2 words on a pre-decorated cake. Will go here first from now on

The bakery staff is friendly and the baked goods taste good. The ordering needs to be done well in advance.
