Giant Pizza King

The short version: Food = Good pizza + EBT accepted = yay! Service = very friendly attendant + quick = yay! Atmosphere = no music = I like it quiet = yay! The long version: As always looking for good pizza. And, as always looking for a place that takes EBT. It's over with! I was kinda down, close to depressed. Looked up pizza places that take EBT. This place pops up. On top of that, I need to wash clothes and wouldn't you know, there's a coin op laundry next door. You know that I had no choice. On the bus I hopped and disembarked at National and 36th. Dropped my clothes in the washer and came over. The attendant was super nice. The pizza was out lickety split. Great stop for cheap and delicious pizza, cooked to order! It's a small space so there's not much seating but most people seem to get it to go anyways. They have a wider menu including burgers, nuggets, gyros and other things, which I'm not used to as an out of towner. Definitely would eat here again on return visits!

Been coming here for about a year and some change. Every Wednesday I pick up pizza for my security company and everytime I call they already know it's me. They're all very polite and friendly. They take time to talk and get to know every customer. Its a big reason why I keep coming back. Great people working here.

I called for take out. Had a couple questions about the specials and combos. The female that answered the phone didn't seem very knowledgeable of the menu but took the time to answer my questions. I ordered 10 bbq bone in wings and a combo #1 which includes a 20-inch pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and a 2 liter. They let me know it should be ready in about 25 mins. It sounded pretty busy so I sent my fiance 45 mins after I made the order. He was told it wasn't ready yet so he paid and went next door to get ice cream at LaMichuacana. When he goes back into the store they tell him not only is the order not ready but that they called the number on the order and no one answered and that they only hold orders for an hour in the order was still not made. First time ordering. Received coupons a week ago, but told they’re expired. Coupons state they expire 05/31/2023. Not willing to honor it. Feels like a bait and switch.
