Good parking spot for a good stretch of Gilbert creek. From 2008-2010, the channel was cleaned up, riprap, rock vortex weirs, brushing, cross channel logs and overhead bank covers (LUNKER Structure) installed. Easy walking stretch. Mostly brook trout, but I have caught a couple little browns.
