Ginger Bistro

My husband and I went to Ginger Bistro on a weekend trip to St. Augustine from Jacksonville and it was so delicious! Everything we ate was very flavorful, fresh and filling without being too heavy. My favorite roll was the Lucky 7. It’s torched salmon wrapped around mango and scallops. 10/10! If you love salmon rolls you will enjoy this one for sure. The other MUST GET roll is the Tuna Trinity. It’s not really a roll, it has crispy rice on the bottom and three different types of tuna layered with avocado. I’ve never seen sushi served this way and I can’t wait to try it again. We also got the salmon skin roll (incredible umami smokiness), a spicy salmon and the Jimmy Smith roll, which was fried but extremely clean, crispy and flavorful without being heavy or greasy. We were visiting St Augustine for the first time and I wanted some ramen. The first place we attempted was rather pretentious and said they were reservation only... OK, we really dodged a bullet by not eating there and finding this gem instead! And in the end we both ordered sushi rolls and they were delicious! I got the happy wife and my husband got the spider roll and the holy moly roll. Great staff, nice location- est here!

DELICIOUS RAMEN! 🍜 My partner and I were visiting St Augustine and decided to stop by here for lunch. The server was very attentive and the ramen was delicious!

If I could give this place more stars, I would. From the greeting at the door to the fast, friendly service and the most delicious sushi, seaweed salad and clear soup I've ever tasted! 10/10 would highly recommend. Reasonably priced, as well!

We ordered to-go on Christmas Day and it arrived within 45 minutes. The food was fantastic. The rolls were fresh tasting, the ramen was delicious and the fried rice was awesome. I will warn people that when they describe it as spicy- they mean Spicy. My husband I love that so it was a pleasant surprise.
