Ginger Chinese Restaurant

This location was conveniently located on the main highway along with other various food options around. The food was good and made fresh to order, they've also been very consistent. They use fresh oil and clean utensils.. also the workers were very tidy and have a very organized kitchen. I would definitely recommend this as a good traditional American Chinese eatery. I have been a bunch of times in the past year and they have satisfied my pallet each time. Please do yourself a favor and try this location, even the pickiest eaters have enjoyed at least one or two things on the menu, no matter how basic you choose to eat!

This was my favorite Chinese take out in the area. On the last couple of occasions the food had the taste of old oil. If they fix that I’ll be back.

I love the food I went with my daughter a granddaughter they was very nice , they made u feels like families. Good food

The vegetarian options are really good; the boneless ribs are decent; but I didn’t care for the shrimp & broccoli. Best part: it’s the closest to the Holiday Inn so it’ll do. Prices are very reasonable and service is efficient. I would go back if I’m in the area again.

Ginger Chinese takeout, on Rt 9, just north of the Spackenkill road exits has been a staple at that location for maybe 15 years. It is consistently a great answer to not cooking and enjoying a steaming plate of your favorite dish, which we normally would not cook ourselves. I tend to be a little boring with my chicken and broccoli, but lately I’ve added extra broccoli and mixed vegetables, and it is delicious every time. Some of my extras might be their spare ribs, also tasty, and sometimes fried dumplings, extra crispy, again very tasty. Their won ton soup is also much better than most.
