Wow. Just wow. 1st time eating here and I am hooked. Amazing, yes Amazing, food. Service was the best I have ever had in my life. (Yes, we left a really good tip) This will definitely be a spot we go to more often.

The traditional Chinese dishes were excellent. The spicy chicken was on point, and the open atmosphere was really cool. I haven’t tried the hot pot yet, but I will soon. Service was quick and friendly.

Great flavors, huge menu, reasonable prices. We just keep coming back and keep being more impressed with almost each and every dish. The crispy eggplant is to die for. Kalbi, tofu, bulgogi, great. Can't wait to go back.

So good. I didn’t realize Humboldt had dim sum or Korean options, which Ginger offers! They have tofu soup, hot pot, bulgogi bowls, some dim sum options I hadn’t had before… Will definitely be returning, as there are many more dishes I want to try. The service was great as well.

Had an incredible lunch at Ginger in Eureka this week! Our party of five started with delicious dim sum appetizers before diving into some authentic hot pot. We did a 50/50 split with spicy broth and house broth—both were amazing! I ordered lamb shoulder, pork belly, marinated beef, Chinese vegetables, and cabbage, noodles and everything was fresh and flavorful. The broth was absolutely fantastic—reminded me of the authentic hot pot I enjoyed in Taiwan last year. The sauces were a highlight, too! They brought out five different kinds, including a spicy chili oil and a house garlic oil so…….good I could’ve eaten it by the spoonful. The portions were huge, the price was super reasonable.
