Ginzaro Sushi

Pretty solid experience. Counter order, I’ve only been here when it was slow so not sure standard ordering. I ordered then sat at the bar and they brought my food to me. Sushi was fresh and balance. Tried the shrimp tempura and while it was good it wasn’t tempura, so be aware. Food is served in plastic trays. Drinks are bottled only.

The sushi was incredibly fresh, with delicate flavors that stood out in every bite. I tried their signature roll, and it was a perfect balance of fresh fish, creamy avocado, and just the right amount of spice. The nigiri was also excellent, with tender fish and perfectly vinegared rice. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy with a modern touch

Dallas. A town where sushi often means rainbow rolls drowning in sriracha mayo, where the word “authentic” gets thrown around like confetti at a New Year’s party by people who wouldn’t know real wasabi if it slapped them across their spray-tanned faces. It’s a culinary wasteland of Instagram-ready abominations masquerading as Japanese cuisine. But then there’s Kenneth. Tucked away in the Dallas Farmers Market food hall, Ginzaro Sushi exists as a quiet rebuke to everything that’s wrong with American sushi culture. Kenneth isn’t some guy who watched “Jiro Dreams of Sushi” and decided to open a restaurant. He’s the real deal, a craftsman who understands that sushi isn’t about flash or gimmick or whatever the hell people are calling “fusion” or “western inspired Japanese” these days. Watch

We had the New York Crunch Roll. The flavors were really good and we loved the crunch. The sushi tasted very fresh. Awesome service too by the gentleman who I think is also the owner/sushi master. Really great place. 💯 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

The owner is very kind and cares about his shop. The nigiri is fresh and a good balance of rice and fish. The seared tuna is fantastic. The rice-less rolls are also great.
